I am pleased to announce my baby loss memorial book, In Memory Of You. This memorial journal is designed for parents who have lost a baby through stillbirth or infant loss. Providing a space to record thoughts, feelings, and memories in a way that is both comforting and validating.

This journal covers pregnancy, birth, and life after loss. Including monthly missed milestones, yearly birthdays, holidays, celebrations, love notes to your baby, letters to future/past you, and prompts for exploring your grief. With a journaling space for celebrating your child up until age 21, this journal is the perfect way to keep the memory of your baby alive.

Here's the thing, as a full-term stillbirth mama, losing my son was (and still is) devastating. When we lose our babies, we lose every infant milestone too. I missed monthly milestones, crawling, walking, and talking. His first birthday and his second. His first Halloween. His first Christmas.

Each new moment felt like I was losing him over and over again.

I have published this baby memorial journal in an attempt to heal and help others do the same. And no, this won't entirely heal my grief or yours. The grief is here to stay. Because with love & loss… comes grief.

This book is here because my son is not. To help hold our hands through a journey, we wouldn't wish on anyone.

Losing a child is one of the most challenging experiences a parent can go through. The pain and grief can be overwhelming, and finding the right words to describe emotions can be tricky.

This guide is here to walk us through the moments after we lose our baby. Whether the loss occurred in the womb or outside of it.

As someone who has gone through stillbirth, the first year is unbearable. Years after can feel more bittersweet. Teetering through polar emotions. Finding peace with this outcome. Knowing your baby is always with you. Happy coexisting with sad. This book covers that.

This journal is here for me through my darkest hours & even my brightest ones too.

And when it comes to traditional baby books, there are endless options for living babies. But why is there only a short list of bereaved baby books? Not because baby loss is rare, statistics tell us otherwise.
